WowWee christening and baby gifts – not all childsplay!

In partnership with Enterprise Ireland, Tibus has been providing consultancy services to Co Clare based WowWee, a leading provider of giftware, specialising in baby and christening gifts.
Since August 2006, WowWee has sold baby gifts, christening gifts, Christmas gifts and other personalised items. Through Enterprise Ireland, they engaged Tibus to help them achieve their commercial aims of breaking into the UK market, using 100% of available production capacity, attracting further revenues from previous customers and pushing up the average value of each sale.
Tibus led a comprehensive consultancy process which enabled us to advise on how their design, website, email marketing, search engine optimisation, search engine marketing and social media activities should be structured and prioritised in order to achieve the identified priorities.
The result is a strategic roadmap for the next 18 – 24 months, outlining how WowWee’s commercial objectives can be realised online. This will enable the business to get closer to its customers, communicate more clearly to them, and ultimately drive revenues and profits.
