
Phoenix Natural Gas has launched a new customer portal to reflect the wide and varied needs of its growing commercial and residential customer base.
Recent restructuring of the company, targeted at directing a closer focus on customer need, meant that Phoenix Gas need to make fundamental changes to their web platform, which runs off the Tibus Hands On Content Management System.
The flexibility within the system, and the solid platform that runs the site, allowed the company to quickly and efficiently change the design, structure and function of the site without having to go back to the drawing board in terms of the underlying system.
The site continues to run on the Hands On system, allowing Phoenix Gas to respond to customer need quickly whilst keeping its web publishing as a natural part of its administrative procedures.
