Tibus has developed a new e-commerce platform for leading online Pilgrim jewellery retailer JustBeaut.com.

Just Beaut is a company with a passion for style and design, offering ranges from leading costume jewellery designers, Pilgrim. The online shop offers an extensive range of jewellery including necklaces, bracelets, earrings, watches and eyewear at competitive prices.

The company commissioned Tibus to move its online presence to the next level, focusing on making products easier to buy, increasing average transaction value and repeat purchases, and streamlining the company's order management process.

Core to achieving these objectives was the provision of better and higher quality customer information and catalogue searching, a modern classy design, more flexibility over products and pricing on the site, and the provision of tools to enable ongoing customer contact through targeted email.
