Tibus offers a full range Dedicated Servers, with packages tailored specifically to the exact requirements of your business. We have been managing Dedicated servers for Irish businesses since 1997 and understand the need to take a flexible approach to support and advice - depending upon the level of technical expertise in your team.
Rather than simply reselling services, we own and manage all our equipment in our own Data Centre facilities (Dublin and Belfast) - so we can guarantee both the reliability and security of our service. Our hosting packages have been designed specifically with the needs of local businesses and public sector organisations in mind.
Our hosting services are flexible, cost-effective and fully supported by our own friendly, knowledgeable Hosting team.

Transferring your Dedicated Hosting requirements to Tibus is simple and straightforward. Many companies are making the change from large general providers or Data Centres to specialist business ISPs and we have developed a process specifically for this.
You won’t encounter any downtime and if you prefer, Tibus will make all necessary technical changes on your behalf. We will pro-actively project-manage the process - offering you peace-of-mind and allowing you to get on with running your core business. This transfer service is included within the set-up charge.
All services are charged on a monthly subscription basis and are subject to a 12-month minimum term. Payment is in advance, normally via Direct Debit or Credit Card. All prices exclude VAT.
Tibus is proud of its reputation for approachable and knowledgeable support. Our team is highly available (no waiting in a Call Centre queue) and is based in Ireland. We encourage our clients to develop technical relationships with individuals in our team, contacting them through their individual email addresses and phone numbers.
Our Support team members are personally responsible for managing each client query through to completion, no matter which Tibus department is involved. You can be sure that your change will be completed or your question will be answered, both promptly and professionally.
We offer both unlimited e-mail support (support@tibus.com) and unlimited telephone-based support (01 473 1650), allowing us to serve our clients in a manner that best suits them. This support is available from 9am to 5.30pm and is included within the service charge.
Individually tailored support packages can also be developed for clients for particularly complex or specific support requirements. Our lead time is typically 10 days.
