Tibus offers a full range of Broadband connectivity solutions for businesses that have offices or sites in more than one region across the UK and Ireland.

We realise that managing Broadband access circuits across a number of different countries or regions can be hugely complex and time-consuming. If it is difficult to draw the connections into a single entity, it will be difficult to realise the intended cost-savings and efficiencies. Even managing administration such as invoicing, circuit identification and cost-centres is difficult where a number of different suppliers, different technologies or different currencies are involved.

Tibus offers a single simple solution for businesses or organisations that require Broadband in more than one region. We will project manage the specification and provisioning of the circuits, ensuring they are installed and configured correctly. If VPN services or specialised security services are required, we’ll ensure there is uniformity across the Broadband services so inter-operability can be achieved from the outset.

We can offer cost-effective single-view dashboards for managing and monitoring the circuits remotely, no matter what the underlying technology is. This allows IT Managers to unify their Broadband circuits into a single, transparent network – no matter how many circuits there are in the UK or Ireland. 

Tibus offers a single billing option with almost unlimited flexibility in terms of how that bill is broken down (cost-centres, currencies, circuit IDs etc). It also offers a single point of contact with a Direct Dial number for ongoing support and management. It also offers regular review meetings with the project manager and technical manager.

Support 

Tibus is proud of its reputation for approachable and knowledgeable support. Our team is highly available (no waiting in a Call Centre queue) and are based locally. We encourage our clients to develop technical relationships with individuals in our team, contacting them through their individual email addresses and phone numbers.

Our Support team members are personally responsible for managing each client query through to completion, no matter which Tibus department is involved. You can be sure that your change will be completed or your question will be answered, both promptly and professionally.   

We offer both unlimited e-mail support (support@tibus.com) and unlimited telephone-based support (+44 (0)28 9033 1122 or +353 (0)1 473 1650), allowing us to serve our clients in a manner that best suits them. This support is available from 9am to 5.30pm and is included within the service charge.

Individually tailored support packages can also be developed for clients for particularly complex or specific support requirements. Our lead time is typically 3 weeks.
