Livelink ECM
Livelink ECM Web Content Management Server (formerly branded as Obtree C4) is a comprehensive enterprise-scale web content management solution. Livelink ECM is the preferred content management system of the Northern Ireland Civil Service.
The system enables organisations to create and manage content once and then re-use it many times in a variety of publication types, including intranet, extranet, and Internet sites.
Tibus has extensive experience in direct planning and implementation of Livelink ECM projects. Further to this, we often work in a supporting role to the Delivery and Innovation Division (formerly BDS) of the Northern Ireland Civil Service, in the design and deployment of Livelink ECM projects for Northern Ireland government departments and agencies.
Tibus involvement in Livelink ECM projects typically has one of two profiles:
- Project design, development, implementation & hosting of the total solution
- Definition of information structures and supply of supporting user interface assets (html, graphics, CSS), ready for integration with Livelink ECM.
